Checkout Process

When selecting a paid plan from the pricing page:

  1. Click Start [Plan Name] on your chosen plan
  2. An embedded Stripe checkout modal opens
  3. Enter your payment details
  4. Complete the purchase
  5. You're redirected back with an active subscription

The checkout experience is seamless - you never leave the application during the payment process.

For Authenticated Users

If you're already logged in and have an organization:

  • Plans show your current subscription status
  • Upgrading opens the same embedded checkout
  • Downgrading redirects to the Stripe Customer Portal

For New Users

New users on the pricing page can:

  1. View all available plans
  2. Click Get Started Free to sign up with the free tier
  3. Click on a paid plan to create an account with that subscription
